Illustration, for me, is more than just creating images—it’s a way of exploring the beauty, quirks, and vibrancy of the world around us. Over the years, I’ve developed a style that is colorful, playful, and full of life, blending my love for plants, flowers, animals, and everyday objects into whimsical compositions that capture imagination and emotion.

Travel is one of my biggest influences. Experiencing new places, cultures, and landscapes sparks my creativity and shapes the stories I want to tell through my illustrations. From bustling markets and lush gardens to quiet corners in faraway cities, I love bringing the sense of wonder and discovery I feel while traveling into my work.

Texture and color are at the heart of my process. I work with watercolor, acrylics, and Procreate, often layering these mediums to create depth and movement, allowing each piece to have its own personality. Bright, bold colors bring energy, while softer tones invite reflection and calm. This approach allows me to create art that resonates with both children and adults, whether it’s in a picture book, a print, or a piece of home décor.

Storytelling is another key element of my illustrations. Every line, shape, and hue is chosen with the intention of sparking curiosity or emotion. Whether it’s a mischievous character in a picture book or a lush botanical scene for a calendar or print, I aim to create illustrations that tell a story even without words.

My style is also deeply personal—I often draw from memories, travels, and the natural world around me. Plants, animals, and the changing seasons frequently appear in my work, creating a sense of connection and wonder. I want my illustrations to inspire others to look closer, notice the details, and feel joy in the small, beautiful moments of life.
